Tracy Watson is
a marketing communications professional with
over 25 years of
experience in advertising and brand development.
His background encompassing print
and the web spans a variety of industries including
retail, consumer electronics, and publishing. Involved
in the launch of nearly 70 products since 1990,
ranging from
consumer electronics to business software, he has successfully directed
the creative
strategy on projects such as consumer/trade advertising, retail packaging,
sales collateral, trade shows, channel marketing, new media development,
multimedia presentations,
and even software interface design. In the
last decade, his emphasis
has been on retail consumer products.
As
a marketing and advertising
strategist, he has previously held positions
in creative services
for several Bay Area companies,
and has worked with dozens
more as a solo practitioner. His education includes a BFA
degree in Graphic Design
from the Pacific
Northwest College of Art, in
Portland, Oregon. Tracy
has also earned
awards
for his work in direct mail and retail
packaging.
